Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, customers must contact us within the 14-day period via email at napoleoneastore@gmail.com.


Returns

  • Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Products should be returned in their original packaging, where possible.

  • As we operate under a dropshipping model, return addresses may vary depending on the supplier.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

Return instructions, including the correct return address, will be provided after contacting us at napoleoneastore@gmail.com.


Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refunds may be refused if the item shows signs of use, damage, or improper handling.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, customers are entitled to a replacement or full refund.

  • If the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery, a full refund will be provided.

  • In these cases, all return shipping costs will be covered by us.


Delivery Issues

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to international shipping, customs clearance, or postal delays.

  • If an order is not delivered within 30 days, customers have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.


Exchanges
